This was due to the lack of some free time and also because I had a back injury last year while playing a basketball match. And I'm no NBA player!&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The thing is that in order to recover from the injury I had to go through a lot of different healing techniques (including accupunture, massages and...Yoga).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I must admit I had never considered practicing Yoga before but it really helped me out. The best thing is that I didn't had to assist to Yoga classes (I felt quite embarassed about it, don't ask me why) but I learnt to practice it through a DVD a friend gave me and some Yoga online videos. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The result: My back is back! (No pun intended). Big gyms are nice but when you can get a killer workout at home without the overhead of getting to and from the gym. In this chest workout we are going to do pushups, then with no rest immediately do flys, then with no rest immediately do dumbbell press. Make sure and use a much lighter weight than you usually would on the flys and dumbbell press because after the pushups you wont have much left in you. After doing this set of three exercises, wait 2-5 minutes and do it again.
